(A) About COVID-Safe Training for Workers [Updated on 18 May 2021]

Important Note:
The course will be discontinued in June 2021. Application to attend the course must be submitted latest by 31 May 2021. Those who had already applied for the course but pending completion will be required to complete and pass the course by 10 June 2021.

With effect from 1 June 2021, it will not be necessary for workers to attend and pass this course. Relevant Covid-safe training content and knowledge will be covered under the Apply Workplace Safety and Health (AWSH) in Construction Sites Course, previously known as the Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC), for new workers from 1 June 2021.

As the COVID-Safe Training for Workers course will be discontinued in June 2021, when is the last day to register and complete the course? 
The course will be discontinued in June 2021. Workers who are required to attend the course must complete their registration latest by 31 May 2021. All workers who had already registered for the course but pending completion must complete and pass the course by 10 June 2021.

How can my workers learn about covid safety after the course is discontinued? 
After the course is discontinued, the relevant Covid-safe training content and knowledge will be covered under the Apply Workplace Safety and Health (AWSH) in Construction Sites Course, previously known as the Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC), for new workers from 1 June 2021.
