Announcement

  • With effect from 28 March 2024, ”Login with ALS Account” will be decommissioned. You are required to login to ALS via Singpass. Existing users with a custom login account will be guided to merge your account after you have login via Singpass.
  • Please beware of malware stealing login credentials saved in internet browsers. Stay vigilant against malicious emails that can infect devices with malware. Keep software and security patches up-to-date. Never disclose your passwords and 2FA details to others. Please do not click on any links if you receive SMSes that appear to be from BCA. Please be assured that BCA will never ask or request for anyone’s personal details via SMS notifications and / or automated phone messages.   • With immediate effect, advertisement licences and notices will be sent via the Licensee’s email account registered with us. Licensee who wishes to receive the e-licences and e-notices, or who would like to update the registered email account, please send in your request via the BCA online feedback form, together with the Licensee’s authorisation letter, stating clearly the licence number and the email account. Please note that hard copy will no longer be available.
  • With effect from 13 April 2020, cheque payment for licence fee will not be accepted. Please make online payment via Credit Card, e-Nets, PayNow or Internet Bank Transfer. More information can be found at BCA website under Outdoor Advertisement Licensing.
  • With effect from 1 March 2018, the Revised Declaration Form is required to be completed and attached together with the business signboard(s) proposal in ALS. Click here to download the form.
  • The self-help system is available under the quick links to check on your sign proposal compliance. The system is a preliminary consultation and does not serve as the final assessment of your proposal. Please submit a consultation via ALS for a more accurate evaluation of your proposal. The final assessment is at the Authority's discretion.
  • The licence fee calculator is available under the quick links. Fee is calculated based on your input and the final assessment is at the Authority's discretion.
