Accessibility Fund
Accessibility
Learn how Singapore’s Accessibility Fund helps private building owners upgrade older properties with accessible and universal design features.
Introducing the Accessibility Fund
The Accessibility Fund is born from the understanding that while new developments are designed with accessibility in mind, many existing buildings predate current accessibility and universal design standards. To bridge this gap and accelerate the transformation of our built environment, the Accessibility Fund provides incentives to support building owners to construct user-friendly features.
Who can benefit?
The Accessibility Fund is primarily targeted at private owners of existing buildings that are committed to interim upgrades to enhance accessibility in their buildings. This fund offers a valuable opportunity to offset the costs associated with upgrading your premises to meet higher accessibility standards.
