Built Environment (BE) firms have access to various programmes and support schemes designed to help them build essential capabilities for industry transformation. These initiatives support firms in developing enterprise capabilities, technology adoption, and workforce development to remain competitive in Singapore's evolving construction landscape.

Built Environment Technology and Capability (BETC) Grant

BCA has launched the BETC grant to support BE firms in the next phase of industry transformation. 

The grant provides financial support for qualifying firms to invest in productivity-enhancing solutions, technology adoption, and workforce capability development. This funding scheme enables firms to accelerate their transformation journey while reducing financial barriers to innovation.

One-stop resource guide

Developed following recommendations from the Taskforce for Architectural and Engineering Consultants, the guide [PDF, 441 KB] serves as a central resource for transformation support. The guide provides consultancy firms and individuals with essential information, tools, and support for enterprise and workforce transformation.

This resource consolidates programmes from multiple agencies including BCA, NTUC, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), and Workforce Singapore (WSG) to provide firms with a single reference point for available manpower programmes and support schemes.
