What is the Skills Framework for Built Environment?
The BE Skills Framework is developed by BCA, SkillsFuture Singapore, and Workforce Singapore, together with employers, unions, and training providers. It is a common skills language for the whole sector, helping everyone—employers, employees, and trainers—understand job roles, career paths, and the skills needed for success.
The framework also supports the Built Environment Industry Transformation Map (ITM), making sure the sector has the talent it needs for tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities.
