Quantity Surveying (QS)
Project Management (PM)
Panel Tiers (1 to 4):
Each discipline is divided into four panels with specific tendering limits based on project values. Firms can be listed under multiple disciplines but only on one panel per discipline.

Important notes
Consortium arrangements (per-project basis) for collaborative bidding are not displayed on the PSPC Listing. Firms will need to apply for Collaborative Bidding for each new tender through submitting a request for verification of its eligibility to BCA at least 5 working days before the closing of Expression of Interest (EOI) stage.
