PSPC tendering limits
PSPC tendering limits for Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Project Management consultancy firms by panel classification.
The Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC) lists firms eligible to provide consultancy services for public sector building and construction projects. It comprises five major disciplines with four panels within each discipline. Firms registered under PSPC are eligible to participate in public sector projects with project values corresponding to the tendering limit based on the panel they are listed on.

Panel eligibility and participation
Firms may only participate in tenders for projects within their panel's tendering limits.
If a firm wish to undertake projects that exceeds its tendering limit, the firm may:
Form consortiums with other PSPC-listed firms within the same discipline through collaborative bidding [PDF, 426 KB].
Apply for panel upgrades through the PSPC e-submission system.
