 Future City Festival returns in its fourth edition in 2026 as an affiliate event of IBEW and with support from BCA. Under the theme Powering Productivity | From Innovation to Real-World Impact, the festival brings together government agencies, industry leaders, academics, startups, and investors to explore how AI, automation and other frontier technologies are moving from pilot projects into practical, on-site impact.

This year’s agenda features:

  • Perspectives from JTC Corporation and BCA on advancing construction robotics

  • A global panel with ALEC Holdings (UAE), Icon Group (AU) and Kajima Corporation (JP) comparing how construction productivity is being redefined across markets

  • Conversations with the founders of Concrete AI, Inviscid AI, and Mimicrete

  • The latest research insights from the Kajima Technical Research Institute Singapore
