Contractors Registration System (CRS)

What is CRS

The Contractors Registration System (CRS) registers contractors providing construction and construction-related services for the public sector.

Upcoming CRS changes

As announced in the MND Committee of Supply (COS) Debate 2024, BCA will expand the CRS to a nation-wide registry by requiring all firms hiring foreign construction workers to register under the CRS. Additionally, the CRS entry requirements will be increased to minimum paid-up capital of $50,000 and track record of at least $300,000 over the past three years. Companies will be given time to meet these new minimum requirements and BCA will announce the details in due course. For more information on the COS announcement, please click here.
