BCA invites tenders for a 30-year lease site at Kranji Close to develop a Purpose-Built Dormitory for 3,200 Foreign Workers.

i) The Singapore Government has released a land site for sale through tender at Kranji Close for the development of a Purpose-Built Dormitory  for Foreign Workers  (see table 1 below). BCA is the Land Sales Agent for this land site.

ii) The Tender opening date is 2 Mar 2026.

iii) Interested Tenderers are invited to download the tender packet containing the details and terms and conditions from the Government Electronic Business System (GeBIZ).
Alternatively, Tenderers may search using the GeBIZ tender reference no (BCA-260003).

iv) The tender closing date is16 Apr 2026 at 1600hrs.  Tenderers are to submit the Tender using both the Government Electronic Business (“Gebiz”) website  and through a sealed envelope which is affixed with the Submission Label provided in the Tender Packet in Tender Box A at the Building and Construction Authority, 52 Jurong Gateway Road, Singapore 608550, JEM Office Building Level 1 no later than 4.00 p.m. of 16 Apr 2026. Any tender submitted after 4.00 p.m. on the Tender Submission Date will not be considered.
