Over 2,000 industry guests came together to celebrate the achievements of the built environment sector over the past year at the annual BCA Awards ceremony held at Resorts World Sentosa on 29 May. The event was graced by Guest-of-Honour Mr. Zaqy Mohamad, Minister of State for National Development and Manpower.

A total of 536 accolades were given out by BCA to project teams, developers and practitioners for their outstanding achievements and in upholding best practices in the industry.

Guest-of-Honour Minister of State Mr. Zaqy Mohamad gave the opening address, sharing the achievements of the built environment sector over the past year. He also announced upcoming initiatives such as the iBuildSG Leadership Engagement and Development (LEAD) framework, a dedicated DfM Guide for Municipal Infrastructure and the pilot of a new Maintainable Design Appraisal System.
