Framework for risk-based inspection
A proper assessment of the risk of building works will minimise potential safety gaps during construction.
What is risk-based inspection?
A risk-based inspection regime looks at the different risks of different type of building works and focuses on what and when to inspect for maximum effectiveness.
What are the requirements?
You or your project’s Qualified Person (QP) should refer to Annex 1 – Framework for Risk-based Inspection [PDF, 3 MB] to:
Check the risk classifications of building works
Determine your project’s risk level
Ensure supervision matches the level of risk
