The Green Mark Assessment Fees are determined by your building's type, size, and whether you're applying for recertification.

Green Mark assessment fees 

Green Mark assessment fees are dependent on the: 

  • Building type 

  • Building size 

  • Recertification

Download the latest Green Mark Assessment Fees [PDF, 86.6 KB] for detailed fee structure.  Listed fees include GST unless otherwise stated. Mixed-use developments or other building types that are not listed in Annex A will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Fee structure is reviewed annually. Always refer to the latest PDF for current rates. 

Payment process 

Once your project has been accepted by GM administrator, an auto email with e-invoice will be sent to the applicant for payment via bank transfer. 

Payment mode

Default payment will be via bank transfer (e-invoice will be provided). For projects that require submission of e-invoice to Vendor@Gov, please indicate the payment company’s business unit (which would be a public agency). All Green Mark applications must be done through GM Online using CorpPass.
