The use of standardized project data captured in BIM is important in the project delivery process. Lack of such standardised information requirements could lead to confusion and reworks in model preparation and management.
To address that, leading clients such as JTC, MOHH, HDB, LTA and Lendlease have come together to define information required for BIM as part of the project information deliverables or MCR over project delivery lifecycle for five most common project typologies, namely:
• Industrial
• Healthcare
• Public Residential
• Commercial / Residential
• Infrastructure (Rail / Road)
