Periodic Structural Inspection (PSI)

Buildings require regular maintenance to remain structurally safe for users and occupants. To be carried out by the building owners, the Periodic Structural Inspection (PSI) regime ensures buildings are properly maintained, continue to be safe for their intended use, and do not pose safety risks to occupants or the public.
