Licensed Importers that do not lease any storage plot at the BCA Aggregate Terminals, but who wish to import aggregates through the respective BCA Aggregate Terminals will have to apply as a Non-storage plot user (“NSPU”).
Pre-application steps
Prior to the NSPU application, the Licensed Importer needs to ensure that his material source(s) meets BCA Test Requirements for Imported Coarse and Fine Aggregates.

How to apply
Applicant may submit the duly completed Application for NSPU with the Security Deposit of S$30,000 at least 3 working days before the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the vessel.
