Mooring Facilities

BCA provides Mooring Facilities at the Pulau Punggol Aggregate Terminal (PPAT) to facilitate the import of aggregates into Singapore. The Mooring Facilities supports the – break-bulking of bulk carriers for transshipment, and large barges for the aggregates to land at the Aggregate Terminal.

How to apply

  1. Applicants may check the availability of the mooring facility under the e-Landing Permit System (eLPS) and submit the duly completed Part A and C of the MF Reservation form not more than 2 months before the bulk carrier’s intended arrival via email to BCA_AGGTERMINAL_MOORING@bca.gov.sg.

  2. Once applicant received the confirmation from BCA, applicant is required to submit the application Form, copy of the signed vessel fixture note, and payment for the MF Deposit via Bank Transfer.

  3. Allocation of the Mooring Facilities slots is on a “first-come-first-serve” basis.
