BCA offers storage plots at Pulau Punggol Aggregate Terminal (PPAT) for isolation use under the Stage 2 Test Requirement. For isolation purposes, each storage plot is sub-divided into smaller plots or "Isolation Sub-Plots" (ISP).
How it works
The usage period of the ISPs is in blocks of 1 calendar week from Monday to Sunday. The minimum usage period of the ISPs is 4 calendar weeks, and the maximum allowable period is 7 calendar weeks. For usage period of more than 7 weeks, applicants are required to submit a justification letter together with the Application Form.

How to apply
Applicants may submit the duly completed Application Form and via email (bca_aggterminal_mooring@bca.gov.sg) for booking of ISP.
Application should reach BCA 1 week before the ISP usage period. Any application submitted more than 4 weeks in advance will not be processed.
How long do I have to wait for the application outcome?
Applicant will be informed of the outcome of the application within 3 working days.
