Looking at leadership development at industry, firm and individual levels, the BuildSG LEAD Framework, which was launched in May 2019, aims to identify, advance and invest in leaders through a series of structured training programmes and collective learning and talent development.
The framework is co-owned by the industry and developed in collaboration with the Trade Association and Chambers (TAC) and Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL).

Young Leaders Programme
BCA is committed to leadership development for the Built Environment. Recognising the need for a comprehensive leadership development framework in the industry, BCA started the Future Leaders Network (FLN) and Young Leaders Programme (YLP) to attract talented youths to join the sector and groom the next generation of leaders.
