A Club with a great history ... PWD Club was reconstituted and renamed as PWD-BCA Club on 1 April 1999 when the Building Control Division of then Public Works Department (PWD) came together with the then Construction and Industry Development Board (CIDB) to form the new statutory board, Building and Construction Authority (BCA). The Construction Workforce Registration System (CWRS) is an online portal for CoreTrade and Multi-skilling registration and the renewal of Direct R1 eligibility.
OTMS allows you to register the workers for Identity Verification and to check your registration status online.
Lift and escalator owners, contractors and Specialist Professional Engineers (SPEs) can apply for and view applications for Permit to Operate (PTO) here.
