About the Award
The Company of the Year accords recognition to the company who has demonstrated the greatest commitment to transformation within the built environment sector (the “Award”). The objection of the Award is to spur firms to go beyond project-level initiatives and attain sustainable transformation within their enterprise to remain relevant and resilient. This can be achieved through efforts in process redesign, capability building, workforce development etc.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be part of the Built Environment sector and will be evaluated based on the following criteria. More details can be found in the Nomination brochure and Nomination Form.

Evaluation Criteria

1. Business Transformation
To demonstrate firm's achievements and efforts in successfully transforming their services, operations, functions, procurement and policies. The write-up should highlight significant enhancements in organisational capabilities, such as improved operational efficiency and new expertise or services. It should also demonstrate how the firm harnesses digitalisation, innovation, technology and data in the process.

2. Workforce Transformation
The write-up should demonstrate how the enterprise has successfully improved its HR practices and workforce through the various initiatives (pls refer to the nomination brochure). We strongly encourage the applicants to quantify the enhancement/outcomes/achievements.
