About the Award
The Company of the Year Award accords recognition to the company who has demonstrated the greatest commitment to transformation within the Built Environment sector. The objective of the Award is to spur firms to go beyond project-level initiatives and attain outstanding achievement in business and workforce transformation at the enterprise level.
There will be two Award categories:

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be part of the Built Environment sector and will be evaluated based on the following criteria. More details can be found in the Nomination brochure and Nomination Form.

Evaluation Criteria
|

1. Business Transformation
This is to show companies' effort and achievement in successful transformation in its services, operations, functions, procurement, or policies for the benefit of businesses, the value chain (other projects) or stakeholders.

2. Workforce Transformation
To demonstrate how the enterprise has successfully improve its workforce and HR practices.
