Building Plan and Structural Plan Fee

Details of the plan fees structure are tabulated below :

(a) New building works/structures

New Building Works / Structures

Rate

For the 1st2500m2of SGFA / plan area

$300 per 100m2or part thereof

For the subsequent SGFA / plan area

$200 per 100m2or part thereof


* SGFA - "Statistical gross floor area" is the aggregate of the floor areas of all the storeys, including basements, in all of the buildings in a development.

Revised Plan Fee (from 2 April 2018)

Details of the revised fees structure applicable for all projects whose first set of plans is submitted to BCA for approval on or after 10 September 2017 are tabulated below:

(a) General building / Specified building

Refers to any storey that is more than 6 metres below the finished floor level of the 1st storey

  1. Refers to the 1st storey and above
  2. Refers to any storey that is 6 metres below or less than 6 metres below the finished floor level of the 1st storey

 

  • $300 for every 100m2(or part thereof) for the first 2,500m2(Unchanged)
  • $240for every subsequent 100m2or part thereof(Revised)

(b) Addition and alteration (A&A) works without increase in SGFA
