Construction Productivity Awards 2019 - Projects (discontinued from 2020 onwards)

The Construction Productivity Awards (CPA) – Projects is awarded to project teams that have demonstrated productivity in their construction development projects, from the design stage to the end of construction. It aims to:

  • Encourage designers to come up with labour-efficient designs.
  • Encourage builders to adopt labour-efficient construction methods.
  • Recognise excellence in project planning and efforts to enhance productivity.

This award has nine sub-categories:

  1. Residential Landed Buildings
  2. Residential Non-landed Buildings (for projects with Gross Floor Area of less than 25,000m2)
  3. Residential Non-landed Buildings (for projects with Gross Floor Area of more than or equal to 25,000m2)
  4. Commercial and Office Buildings
  5. Institutional Buildings
  6. Industrial Buildings
  7. Mixed Development Buildings
  8. Additions & Alterations / Upgrading Buildings
  9. Civil Engineering Projects
