What is Facilities Management Registry

The Facilities Management (FM) Registry is a compilation of companies that are eligible to provide facilities management services for public sector in Singapore.

For FM companies intending to tender or undertake the provision of facilities management services for public sector in Singapore.

Types of applications

Specific Registration Requirements

There are a total of 4 workheads under the FM registry. Please read through the Specific Registration Requirements (SRR) below and see which workhead is most relevant to the type of works undertaken by your company:

How to apply

All types of Facilities Management registration applications must be submitted through the Electronic Builders Licensing and Contractors Registration Systems (eBACS):

  1. Visit the BCA eBACS portal (https://www.bca.gov.sg/eBACS/)
  2. Log in by selecting "For Business Users"
  3. Hover your mouse over "My Application" on the top menu
  4. In the dropdown menu, hover over "Apply for Contractors/Facilities Management/Suppliers Registration" and select the relevant option

Please ensure that you have read and understood the FM Registry Guidelines, Terms of Registration and Specific Registration Requirements before submitting your application.

Requirements

Supporting Documents

Company Info & Financial

  • Recent copy of ACRA BizFile(not more than one month old)
  • Latest Management Accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet) signed by Director (for M3, M4, L1)

OR

  • Latest Audited Accounts (for all other grades)

Personnel

To check whether your personnel’s qualifications are acceptable for the workhead you are applying for, you may use this self-help form:

  • NRIC/S Pass/EP
  • Latest CPF Form 90 for local/PR employee
  • A recent screenshot of the SGWorkpass profile clearly showing the employer and work pass expiry date for foreign personnel
  • Relevant education certificates (in English; otherwise, official translation to English is needed)
  • Relevant licences (if required in the SRR)
  • BCCPE certificate/course receipt

Track Record

For ongoing projects

  • Letter of Award / Contract Agreement / PO / Works Order / Quotation

For completed projects

  • Letter of Award / Contract Agreement / PO / Works Order / Quotation
  • Section D1 form endorsed by your client
  • Certificate of Substantial Completion / Handover
  • Final Statement of Account / Payment Certificate / Final Invoice

 

Updating of information while registered with CRS

Type of information

How to update?

Company Information (e.g. address, contact details)

Login to BCA eBACS portal (https://www.bca.gov.sg/eBACS/) and navigate to Company Information page.

Financial information

Submit your latest audited accounts via https://go.gov.sg/bcaannualaccountssubmission. This is only applicable to higher grade firms (i.e. firms registered in FM01 M1 grade).

Track Record

Log in to BCA eBACS portal (https://www.bca.gov.sg/eBACS/). Hover your mouse over "My Application" on the top menu and select “Update Track Records Request”.

Technical personnel

Submit your request to:

  • Add new Technical Personnel for CRS or update existing personnel certificate / license(s)
  • Update personnel's expired S Pass / EP

via https://go.gov.sg/bcapersonnelupdate.

Singpass login by the technical personnel is required.

 

To resign one or more personnel from your company’s personnel records, submit your request via https://go.gov.sg/crs-bls-update-director-and-resigned-personnel.
