Built Environment Accelerate to Market Programme

The Built Environment Accelerate to Market Programme (BEAMP) was set up to bring inventors and companies together to fast-track the innovation process to solve real world industry challenges. This programme was launched by BCA, JTC Corporation (JTC) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG) on 22 February 2019.

BEAMP supports innovation to:

  • Streamline construction delivery processes through Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Smart Assets, Maintainability and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) solutions
  • Advance construction technologies through robotic, Additive Manufacturing and Advanced Materials

BEAMP receives S$6 million funding support for the development and commercialisation of innovative solutions through Enterprise Singapore’s Gov-PACT initiative.

Innovators can receive the following funding of the qualifying project cost:

  • Local SMEs: Up to 70%
  • Local non-SMEs: Up to 50%

Two-phase approach

Each BEAMP cycle will begin with the launch of industry challenge statements to invite solutions. Networking sessions are planned accordingly to allow innovators the opportunity to better understand the needs of industry stakeholders needs and for industry stakeholders to assess capabilities of potential innovators and their ideas. The current BEAMP cycle application closing date is on 12 April 2019.

Depending on the technical maturity of the solution proposed, shortlisted innovators will be channeled through the Accelerate Solutions Development Phase or the Market Development Phase, where appropriate.
