The $20 million Green Mark Incentive Scheme for New Buildings (GMIS-NB) scheme was launched to accelerate the adoption of environmentally friendly building technologies and building design practices.
Who can apply
Developers, building owners, project architects and M&E engineers who strive to achieve a Green Mark Gold rating or higher in the design and construction of new buildings

The cash incentive is disbursed in two stages:

The Construction Workforce Registration System (CWRS) is an online portal for CoreTrade and Multi-skilling registration and the renewal of Direct R1 eligibility.
OTMS allows you to register the workers for Identity Verification and to check your registration status online.
Lift and escalator owners, contractors and Specialist Professional Engineers (SPEs) can apply for and view applications for Permit to Operate (PTO) here.
