The
Built Environment Industry Digital Plan (BE IDP) serves as a step-by-step guide for local SMEs in the Built Environment sector to digitalise their businesses and plug skills gaps at each stage of their digitalisation journey. The IDP is part of the
SMEs Go Digital Programme and aligns with the Built Environment Industry Transformation Map.
Local BE SMEs can apply for Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) for the Built Environment to co-fund up to 50% of the qualifying costs of adopting pre-approved digital solutions under the BE IDP. These Built Environment sector-specific solutions have been assessed by BCA and IMDA to be effective, market-tested and cost-effective (refer to the list of solutions
here).
Firms may also find non sector-specific solutions supported by Enterprise Singapore for SMEs, useful for improving productivity. These are listed
here and include solutions such as Fleet Safety and Fleet Management Systems.
A new tranche of the PSG for the Built Environment will be available from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2031. The enhanced PSG will introduce more pre-approved digital solutions and expand to include advanced equipment such as Robotics and Automation (R&A), supporting SMEs to build more advanced capabilities and achieve greater productivity. For more information, please refer to the media release.
