Assessment fees are dependent on the type and size of the project. Listed fees include GST unless otherwise stated. Mixed-use developments or other building types that are not listed in Annex A will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Payment mode
Default payment will be via bank transfer (e-invoice will be provided). For projects that require submission of e-invoice to Vendor@Gov, please indicate the payment company’s business unit (which would be a public agency). All Green Mark applications must be done through GM Online using CorpPass.
