The BCA Importers' Licensing Scheme regulates importers of essential construction materials, to ensure a secure and reliable supply of essential construction materials with acceptable quality in Singapore.
Any person in the business of importing sand and granite must have a valid licence. "Sand" excludes any unwashed or unprocessed marine-dredged sand or gravel.
